CityGate North Lettings Ltd may provide: Tenant finding Rent collection Property management Maintenance coordination Compliance assistance Separate terms of business and management agreements may apply.

8. Valuations & Advice

Property valuations and advice are based upon: Current market conditions Comparable evidence Available information Valuations should not be considered formal survey reports and may change with market conditions.

9. Anti-Money Laundering (AML)

To comply with UK legislation we may request: Proof of identity Proof of address Source of funds Additional documentation Failure to provide requested information may prevent us proceeding.
